1. ZenStrokes.jp offers three (3) types of licenses for our artwork:
   1. Single Use Tattoo License: Tattoo artwork downloaded from ZenStrokes.jp is provided with a Single Use Tattoo License. This license allows a single inking of the artwork as a tattoo. The artwork may be resized, but may not be edited or modified. Artwork provided with a Single Use Tattoo License may not be used for any other purpose.
   2. Standard Use License: Raster (PNG) and vector (SVG) artwork downloaded from ZenStrokes.jp is provided with a Standard Use License. You may use the artwork in any way that is not restricted (see Restricted Uses section below). Subject to those restrictions, and the rest of the terms of this agreement, the Standard Use License grants you the following rights:
      1. Perpetual use. There is no fixed term, expiration date, or end date on your rights to use the artwork.
      2. Non-exclusive use. You do not have exclusive rights to use the artwork. ZenStrokes.jp can license the same artwork to other customers.
      3. Worldwide use. The artwork can be used in any geographic territory.
      4. Unlimited use. Subject to the restrictions in the Restricted Uses section, you can use the artwork in an unlimited number of projects and in any media.
   3. Exclusive Use License: When you commission custom downloadable raster (PNG) or vector (SVG) artwork from ZenStrokes.jp, it is provided with an Exclusive Use License. You may use this artwork in any way that is not restricted (see Restricted Uses section below). Subject to those restrictions, and the rest of the terms of this agreement, the Exclusive Use License grants you the following rights:
      1. Perpetual use. There is no fixed term, expiration date, or end date on your rights to use the artwork.
      2. Exclusive use. You have exclusive rights to use the artwork. ZenStrokes.jp will not license the same artwork to other customers.
      3. Worldwide use. The artwork can be used in any geographic territory.
      4. Unlimited use. Subject to the restrictions in the Restricted Uses section, you can use the artwork in an unlimited number of projects and in any media.
   Examples of how you might use artwork provided with either a Standard Use or Extended Use License: advertisements; blog posts; books; corporate presentations; film productions; magazines; marketing campaigns; mobile applications; newspapers; product packaging; social media; television productions; web applications; websites. Be sure to read the Restricted Uses section below for exceptions and limitations.
2. Restricted Uses:
   1. No Pornographic Use. You may not use the artwork in pornography.
   2. No Unlawful Use. You may not use the artwork in a defamatory or unlawful manner.
   3. No Hateful Use. You may not use the artwork to promote hatred or violence.
   4. No False Representation of Originality. You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of a work that is made up largely or entirely of artwork licensed from ZenStrokes.jp.
   5. No Standalone File Use. You may not use the artwork in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute the artwork as a standalone file.
   6. No Machine Learning or AI Use. You may not use artwork for machine learning or artificial intelligence purposes.
   7. Standard License — Additional Restricted Uses
      1. No Logo or Trademark Use. You may not use the artwork as the distinguishing or distinctive feature of a business name, design mark, logo, service mark, trademark, or tradename.
      2. No Products for Resale. You may not use the artwork on products that will be resold.
      3. No Electronic Templates. You may not use the artwork in electronic templates intended for resale.
      4. Limited Print Run: You may not reproduce the artwork more than 500,000 times in physical print form.
   8. Exclusive License — Additional Restricted Uses
      1. Physical Products for Resale:
         1. Up to 100,000 greeting cards or other cards, postcards, stationery, stickers, or other paper products.
         2. Up to 10,000 posters, calendars, or other similar publications.
         3. Up to 2,000 other items for resale. This includes but is not limited to: apparel items (sweatshirts, t-shirts, other apparel), entertainment goods (like games, CDs, DVDs, or LPs), framed or mounted artwork, mousepads, mugs, phone cases, toys, or water bottles.
      2. Electronic Products for Resale
         1. Mobile applications: Unlimited use.
         2. Electronic Templates: Unlimited use.
      3. Logo or Trademark Use: Permitted. You may use the artwork as the distinguishing or distinctive feature of a business name, design mark, logo, service mark, trademark, or tradename.
      4. Print Run: Unlimited use.
3. Transferability: Licenses are non-transferable and non-sublicensable. You cannot transfer or sublicense to anyone else.
4. Intellectual Property Rights: ZenStrokes.jp retains ownership of all licensed artwork. ZenStrokes.jp reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
5. Termination: This agreement is in effect until it is terminated by either party.
   1. You can terminate this agreement by stopping all use of the artwork and deleting or destroying any copies.
   2. ZenStrokes.jp can terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any of the terms. Termination of the agreement means you must stop using the artwork, and delete or destroy any copies. If requested, you must confirm in writing to ZenStrokes.jp that you have complied with these requirements.
